At the National MedLab Cooperative Society Limited, our ideology is to continuously bring in resources, lock them within via investments and circulating them within our members. We operate as a multi-sectoral organization with 14 Subnational Cooperatives cutting across healthcare, ICT, Housing, financial services, Agriculture, Environment, Logistics and sustainable community development.

To be ranked as the most compliant and business oriented Cooperative Society in Nigeria and Africa, with a total asset worth 5B naira with more than 65% of our objectives achieved. This is to enable us create a self-sustaining ecosystem, where healthcare and wealth generation are accessible to every member and the general society through collective power.
a. To promote the economic interests of its members;
b. To encourage thrift contribution, and regular savings among members so that
each member may cultivate the habit of making savings at least once in every
month with a view to building up funds for his/her future use;
c. To encourage deposits from members out of which a fund may be established
for giving short-term loans to members of the Society for productive purpose;
d. To acquire movable and immovable properties of any description either as
assets of the Society or for distribution, supply or sale to members;
e. To undertake, where practicable, the production, manufacture or stock of
consumable goods and items for distribution to members and the general
public;
f. To operate warehouses and cold room facilities for the storage of consumable
goods and items for distribution to interested members;
g. To facilitate or arrange for the training, re-training and intellectual
development of members;
h. To raise funds through issuance of shares, loans and such other things as the
Management Committee (MC) may consider reasonable and necessary for
the attainment of the Society’s objectives;
i. To be a member of any other Co-operative Society or organization with similar
objectives as may encourage and promote the above objectives and;
j. To engage in any other business or activity which is incidental to the attainment
of the overall objectives of the Society.
k. To pursue and achieve the core mandates of the Society.
